The rules of using Fuproxy

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fuproxy ("Fuproxy", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Famsup Technologies Ltd. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use Fuproxy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use Fuproxy. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Acceptable Use

Fuproxy may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our proxies to:

• Engage in illegal activity, fraud, or infringement of others’ rights.
• Send spam, distribute malware, or carry out denial-of-service attacks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account.
• Violate the terms or policies of any third-party website or service.

5. Wallet, Deposits & Pricing

Your wallet balance is stored in Naira. Deposits are made through third-party payment providers and are credited to your wallet once confirmed. Prices for services may be displayed in your selected currency for convenience, but are charged based on the underlying Naira value.

Prices and plans may change at any time. Any change will apply to future orders, not to services already purchased.

6. Orders & Service Delivery

When you order a proxy, the cost is deducted from your wallet balance and your proxy credentials are provisioned. Each order has a defined duration and may be extended where supported. You are responsible for selecting the service, location, and protocol that fit your needs.

7. Refunds

Wallet deposits and provisioned proxy services are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a service fails to be delivered due to a fault on our side. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep Fuproxy available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, upstream provider issues, or factors outside our control may affect availability from time to time.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in activity that harms Fuproxy, our users, or third parties. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuproxy and Famsup Technologies Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the preceding three months.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Fuproxy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
